Great Hotel, Nice Location, Helpful Staff

This is a great hotel, nice location.Very convenient for us. Our apartment heater wasn't working but the hotel staff Natasha & Obi were extremely helpful and very friendly and the rooms were comfortable. Finding the apartment was bit difficult but overall we had a good stay. Thank you

Park Avenue's Ikon Apartment is Perfect

Absolutely Fantastic!

We will be staying there everytime we come to Melbourne. We were there for a wedding so the excellent bathroom and washing machines with absolutely everything we needed was just the best. Everything was wonderful

Everything was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay and the experience of staying in Unit 6. (We have previously stayed in two or three other locations but this was the best). My one suggestion would be for 3 ply toilet paper - that's all!

Home Away From Home

We had a wonderful time there - it was a home away from home. It was well set-up and the location was excellent. Staff were on-hand but not intrusive. The venue was quiet and comfortable. We ended up extending our 2-week stay to 2 months due to house renovations. I would have liked a cheaper rate given the length of time we stayed, but i was advised that I was on the cheapest rate possible. The rate offered to me was great for short term stays, but over such an extended period I was hoping for something more manageable. But we loved the house and the garden and overall enjoyed our stay immensely.

I had a phone call on Tuesday evening from your office explaining that the air-con in unit 2 had broken down and would we mind moving to apartment 1. SOOO wonderful. Very happy with everything accommodation had to offer, we were a group booking and occupied several of your units. All were very comfortable. We had a slight issue with the heat not working in the apartment I occupied, but it was quickly attended to, with a minimum of fuss.
